Once again a sunday and you don’t know what to do?
Don’t panic. Here are some ideas especially how you want to feel after your sunday.
If you want to feel fresh and prepared for next week
- clean your apartment or just one room which bothers you the most
- open your windows and let the fresh air in
- do a mealplan, so you don’t have to think about what to cook next week
- do weeklyplan for all birthdays, appointments, events that will take place next week
If you want to feel relaxed
- read your favourite book
- do something you love and what you always wanted to do
- do a movie night
- play a game on your nintendo, board games or meet your friends on zoom
- listen to chilly music and journal about what you think at the moment, how you feel, is there anything that bothers you?
- mix yourself a cocktail or drink your favourite cup of tea
- cuddle with your spouse or your pet
If you want to feel energized
- Take a cold shower
- Cook yourself a healthy meal
- Go outside for at least half an hour
- Ride a bike, go for a run
- Exercise at home, do a dance workout, it makes so much fun
