Selfreflection question

Even if they are little things like cleaning the kitchen, depends on how big your kitchen is I think or just eating less than 4 cookies a day, there is always something where you can be proud of yourself. So, give yourself a little tap on the shoulder and remind yourself you did a great job.

My little wins this week:

I’ve started tracking calories.

Read the book the Why Cafe part 2.

Tried a dance class.

Talked to one new person on work.
